When a family member was arrested, taken to jail, and I was not able to communicate with him, I called Ricson Dakanay. I felt helpless and scared. It was after hours, and I was able to speak to Ricson right away. Ricson patiently and empathetically listened to my concerns and the predicament my family member was in. He went to Southwest Detention Center the very next morning to speak to my family member, letting me know he was okay, relieving my worst fears. Throughout the entire process, Ricson quickly responded via text message, answering questions and/or concerns, putting me and my family member at ease. Ricson and staff were truly wonderful to have fighting my case. They were very timely on all matters and kept me informed and in the loop through the whole process which took around 4-5 months. Not only that but he is just a great guy in general and very easy to talk to while understanding, respecting, and appreciating my situation. I came to them with 2 felony counts charged against me and they worked hard with the DA to come to an agreement to drop them to misdemeanors and serve no time. Rickson is an excellent attorney that knows what,he is doing.If you Hire Rickson,listen to him and take heed, to what he says.He is there to fight for you in the court of law.
